Editorial policy

How we write

• We write from published studies, clinical guidelines and public health sources, and list them at the end of each article.
• When we describe a study, we say how many people took part and what it could not show.
• We never write that anything is guaranteed to cure a condition. Diagnosis and treatment happen with a doctor, and every article says when to see one.
• Articles are not reviewed by a doctor. If you find a mistake, please tell us; we will check it, fix it and update the date.
• Each language edition is written for its readers from our Japanese articles, not machine-translated word for word.

Advertising

• This edition has no ads or affiliate links at the moment. If we add them, they will be labeled "Ad" and will not change what articles say.
• No rankings, testimonials or cure claims.
