Your own men's health AI: 12 weeks together on ED and PE
Men's Core is a free app for men who want to talk openly about ED, premature ejaculation, stamina or confidence. Your AI partner listens, then fits pelvic floor training, aerobic exercise and strength training, which research has reported to help, into a 12-week plan built around the time you have each day, and works through it with you. Every feature is free, and there is no account.

First, name your partner
When you open the app, your own men's health AI greets you. Pick a name for it, Koa, Rin, Haru or Sora (you can rename it any time in settings), then tell it what concerns you most, where you are now, your age and how much time you have each day. It builds a 12-week plan that starts below the doses used in the studies and shows you the goal, the length and your daily time.

Talk about anything, openly
You can bring up the things that are hard to say out loud, at any time. Your partner explains the options beyond exercise, such as seeing a doctor, medication, diet and lifestyle, based on sourced information. Say "busy week" or "make it lighter" and it rebuilds the plan.
It keeps what you tell it as short notes on your phone (up to 30) and uses them in later chats. The more you talk, the more its replies take you into account. You can view and delete the notes in settings at any time.

Screens are illustrations; real replies vary with each conversation.
The AI partner cannot diagnose or treat anything, and its answers may contain mistakes. If symptoms bother you, see a doctor.
A plan on three pillars
It asks how hard it felt, every time
After each session you answer easy, right or hard. That answer and a weekly review move the next session up or down. Strength training has nine levels, and you can always choose a short session, a rest day or a different level.

Learn about every option, from treatments to diet
The Learn tab covers the causes of ED and PE and when to see a doctor, treatment options such as pills, devices and shockwave therapy, what to know about diet, weight and supplements, and alcohol, smoking and sleep, in articles with sources. It also has charts by age group and summaries of new studies from around the world. The research summaries are general information and do not show that the app works.

Track how your concern changes
Every two weeks you answer three questions on a 1 to 5 scale and see the change on a chart. These answers stay on your phone and are never sent to the AI or to advertisers. It is a record for you, not a diagnosis.

Private by design
Open the app and start. There is nothing to sign up for, and we never ask your name.
Sessions and settings are stored on your device and deleted with the app. Training data is never used for ads.
The app is called Men's Core, and reminders only say "Today's training".
- Your log and settings stay on your phone. Only when you message the AI partner, and once a day for your greeting, are that message, recent conversation, short chat notes, plan settings, recent session counts, meal totals and your condition ratings from the past week (mood, energy, sleep and stress, 1-5) sent to Anthropic's AI, Claude. Health app data is never sent
- Meal photos you send go to the AI in reduced size for analysis only and are not stored. Voice input uses your phone’s speech recognition, and no recording is kept.
- Training and health data are never used for ad targeting
FAQ
What does the AI partner do?
It listens to your concerns and explains the options, such as seeing a doctor, medication, diet and lifestyle, based on sourced information. It asks how much time you have each day and how active you are now, then builds a 12-week plan, and after each session you rate it easy, right or hard so it can adjust the next one. You can also just tell it "I'm traveling this week". It keeps what you tell it as short notes on your phone and uses them in later chats. You choose its name when you start. The AI partner cannot diagnose or treat anything, and its answers may contain mistakes; if symptoms bother you, see a doctor.
Is the app really free?
Yes. Talking to the AI partner, the workouts, the log and the articles on treatments and diet are all free. The app shows ads, but never during a workout. A one-time purchase removes ads; there is no subscription.
Where is my data stored?
Your log and settings stay on your phone, and there is no account. Only when you send a message to the AI partner, and once a day when the app writes your greeting, are that message, recent conversation, short notes kept from your chats (up to 30, which you can view and delete in settings), your plan settings, recent session counts, meal totals and your condition ratings from the past week (mood, energy, sleep and stress, 1-5) sent through our server (AWS) to Anthropic's AI, Claude. Steps and workouts read from Apple Health or Health Connect are never sent to the AI or anyone else, and your training data is never used for ads. Meal photos you send go to the AI in reduced size for analysis only and are not stored. Voice input uses your phone’s speech recognition, and no recording is kept.
Will notifications give anything away?
Reminders only say "Today's training". The app name on your home screen, Men's Core, does not mention any concern either.
