Why this site exists
To give men dealing with premature ejaculation or ED one more way to address it. Doctors and medication are options too, but pelvic floor training, aerobic exercise and strength training have been reported in research to help, and you can start them yourself today, for free. We explain those methods and their evidence, including how many men were studied and the limits, and the Men's Core app helps you keep them up. They do not work for everyone, so we also recommend seeing a doctor if symptoms continue.

Editorial policy
- When we describe research we cite the paper or the medical institution, and give the number of participants and the limits.
- We never write that this site or the app cures or treats a condition. Diagnosis and treatment happen with a doctor, and every article says when to see one.
- Articles are not reviewed by a medical professional. If you find a mistake, please tell us; we will check it, fix it and update the date.
- This site introduces the free Men's Core app, which is funded by ads.
Advertising and affiliate links
- Paid placements and affiliate links are labeled "Ad". We may earn a commission; it funds the site and does not change what our articles say or how we describe research.
- We only feature licensed medical services (including telehealth) and products sold legally with clear ingredient labels. Supplements are shown as food products with their ingredients only, never with claims about sexual performance.
- No rankings, testimonials or "cure" claims.
- At most three ad placements per article, never inside the advice on seeing a doctor or in the middle of exercise instructions.
